Three cooling systems

4. Check the pressure of the air storage cylinder, it should not be too high, but there should be backup pressure.
5. Check and control the raw material ratio and mix evenly.
6. Check for impurities in the raw materials, especially by promptly using a magnet to check if the iron is mixed in.
7. Check the lubrication of the gearbox position and the lubricating oil of the air compressor cylinder.
8. Regularly check the temperature rise and mechanical transmission of each operating motor.
1. When operating the machine, the operator should not stand directly in front to avoid accidental injury to the operator.
Strictly prevent hard objects such as metal impurities and small tools that damage the machine from falling into the barrel during feeding. Do not wear gloves when operating a rotating machine to prevent getting caught and injured.
2. Check and add lubricating oil in the gearbox and air compressor, and check the lubrication of various mechanical transmission components. Avoid damaging the machine and making noise during dry operation.
3. When starting up the machine, it is necessary to first check whether the wiring of each power supply is disconnected or has leakage; Check if the instrument is damaged or abnormal. Before starting up, ensure that all components are safe and functioning properly to avoid affecting production and causing accidents.
Within the range of film-forming conditions, increase the molding temperature, cooling air temperature, and blowing expansion ratio; So the turbidity of the film increases and the glossiness decreases; On the contrary, it increases.
When the discharge from the mold mouth is uniform and consistent, you can wear gloves and slowly pull the tube blank. At the same time, close the end of the tube blank and slightly open the intake control valve to allow a small amount of compressed air to be inserted from the center hole of the core rod,
Then carefully guide the foam holder and herringbone board, and thread them into the traction roller and guide roller until they are rolled up (if embossing is required, it must pass through the embossing roller)
6. The compressed air pressure for blowing and expanding the tube blank should be appropriate, which should not cause the tube blank to rupture, but also ensure the symmetry and stability of the membrane tube, relatively ensuring the quality of production.
7. When cleaning the extruder and die, copper knives, rods, or compressed air can be used for cleaning, but do not damage the screw and the smooth surface of the screw.
Attention: Consultation on three-layer co extrusion blown film machine
During the heating process of the equipment for 3 to 4 hours, each heating part should be checked for normal operation and the pointer of the voltage and current meter should be checked. If there are any problems, they should be repaired in a timely manner.
2. After starting, the host should be turned on at a speed of 15-20 revolutions per minute. Observe the plasticization of the materials, the pressure and current of the host, and strictly prohibit forced starting before heating (if heating is not reached, it will cause mold misalignment and uneven film thickness).
During the production process, operators are not allowed to stay away from the winding area to prevent unexpected situations from being detected and dealt with in a timely manner. When winding, attention should be paid to the position of the knife and hands to ensure safety first.
4. When cleaning the film mouth and changing the mesh, protective gloves should be worn, and attention should be paid to the exposed parts of the wiring terminals at the machine head to avoid electric shock injuries; When cleaning the film port and changing the screen, a copper shovel must be used to avoid damaging the film port and changing the screen. At the same time, when stopping the machine to change the screen, attention should be paid to improving efficiency, timing, and temperature should not be lowered to avoid affecting the next film blowing work.
